Current Activity

The igloo asset portfolio comprises sustainable property investments and development projects which are diversified by location, use and partners, these include direct and indirect investments. The indirect investments are held in 'Blueprint' and 'Isis Waterside Regeneration Partnership', both are partnerships with Igloo.

As a sustainable investment exponent of urban regeneration, we aim to grow the value of each project through the ongoing benefit it provides to the community. Renovation of urban regeneration edge of city locations brings an influx of new jobs, new income, new homes and commercial space.
