Current Activity

The igloo Regeneration Partnership asset portfolio comprises sustainable property development projects which are diversified by location, use and partners, these include direct and indirect investments. The indirect investments are held in 'Blueprint' and 'Isis Waterside Regeneration Partnership', both are partnerships with Igloo.

As a socially responsible exponent of sustainable urban regeneration we aim to grow the value of each project through the ongoing benefit it provides to the community. Renovation of urban regeneration edge of city locations brings an influx of new jobs, new income, new homes and commercial space.
