A Blueprint Project consisting of a warehouse and offices extending to 3250m² and occupying a site of 0.55 hectares. In isolation, the premises have limited redevelopment potential but by incorporating surrounding land a major regeneration project can be brought forward making best use of its canal and riverside location.
