Nottingham: Albany Works
The former Albany Works site on Carlton Road in Nottingham is a pipeline Blueprint project constituting a cleared site of 1.25 hectares on the eastern edge of Nottingham city centre. The site forms part of the wider Nottingham City Council / Nottingham Regeneration Ltd vision for a regenerated Eastside to the city, one day delivering a mixed-use area based on creativity, retail, leisure and housing. Blueprint is working with partners to develop a scheme to bring this important site forward for development.
