Nottingham, Albany Works
blueprint PROJECT
The regeneration of Albany Works in Nottingham is a Blueprint Project which constitutes a cleared site of 1.25 hectares situated on the Eastern side of Nottingham, approximately ½ mile from Nottingham City Centre. The immediately surrounding area was the subject of extensive clearance and redevelopment in the late 1960's and early 1970's, although some Victorian housing remains in the area. The scheme to regenerate Albany Works will take the form of a new, mixed use development which will contribute significantly to the regeneration of the wider area.
