Anthony Williams

Anthony Williams is Group Finance Director and Company Secretary of Igloo Regeneration, responsible for the day-to-day financial accounting of Igloo's directly managed investments and property development, for co-ordinating the strategy, business modeling, monitoring and reporting of these investments and developments. He is also Finance Director of Blueprint, Igloo's public/private partnership with English Partnerships and the East Midlands Development Agency undertaking sustainable mixed use urban regeneration in the East Midlands.

Anthony is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in senior finance roles, including 5 years as the Finance Director of Urban Splash Group Ltd. Anthony has extensive experience of undertaking property development and of estate management as well as experience of inward investment and the public sector having worked at Government Office of the North West and helping in the establishment of the North West Development Agency (NWDA). He is also a Board Member of Adactus Housing Group, the North West England - based housing association and registered social landlord which owns and manages approximately 11,000 homes across 18 local authority areas in the North West of England, employs 500 staff and has an annual turnover in excess of £22 million. He is also a Board Member of the charity Addiction Dependency Solutions, Treasurer of the Chorlton Arts Festival in Manchester and a member of the Property Finance Forum.
