Honor Boyd
Development director, Igloo Regeneration
Honor focuses on the West Midlands and Roath Basin project in Cardiff. Her previous experience includes time spent at AWM, where she was Special Projects Manager for the Eastside scheme responsible for acquisitions and disposals, Joint Venture arrangements, funding agreements and negotiations with private developers.
Previously Honor was an associate at Bucknall Austin Birmingham responsible for the West Midlands Regeneration Team, surveyor at DTZ in London and a Regeneration Manager for North West Leicestershire District Council. She is a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Planner with membership of both the RICS and the RTPI, currently sitting on the RICS Planning and Development Faculty Board.
