Hoong Wey Woon

Hoong Wey joined Morley in December 2006.

Previously, Hoong Wey worked as an Associate Director for Grosvenor in the office of the CEO. His responsibilities included general management, international business development and corporate finance, as well as development and investment in urban regeneration/ mixed-use, student accommodation and corporate real estate.

Prior to this, he worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup where he advised institutions on mergers & acquisitions and capital structuring. Hoong Wey began his career at Deutsche Bank providing project financing to clients in the telecoms, utilities and PFI sectors.

Hoong Wey holds a MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Warwick University. He is a SFA Registered Representative and is completing his CFA designation. He is a Member of the Urban Land Institute and Cambridge University Land Society.
