Hoong Wey Woon

Hoong Wey joined Aviva Investors in 2006 as the Fund Manager for the igloo Regeneration Fund. He was also a Fund Manager for the Junction Retail Warehouse Fund in 2007.

Previously, Hoong Wey worked as an Associate Director for Grosvenor in the office of the CEO. Prior to this, he worked as an investment banker at various investment banks including Goldman Sachs, where he provided institutions with mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance and research advice.

He is an advisor to the IPD regeneration index, United Nations Property Working Group, Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change and a Member of the Urban Land Institute. Hoong Wey is also a member of the Aviva Investors group and real estate CSR boards and the igloo Regeneration Fund SRI board.

Hoong Wey holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Warwick University. He is a SFA Registered Representative and is completing his CFA designation.
