John Long
Development Director, Igloo Regeneration
John is a Chartered Surveyor by background with director-level public and private sector experience. These days, he is a Development Director working principally within the Blueprint team. He is currently responsible for projects in Nottingham (the Green Street eco-housing scheme at The Embankment in the Meadows and the potential Nottingham MediPark adjacent to the Queen's Medical Centre), and the proposed 650,000 sq ft+ Northgate Riverside mixed-use neighbourhood within Leicester's Waterside regeneration area. He is the budget holder for Blueprint's marketing initiatives.
Outside the day job, and notwithstanding two left feet, he is a board member of Dance4, a Nottingham based creative industry.
