Peter Connolly

Peter Connolly is a Development Director for Igloo Regeneration responsible for projects in Derby and Leicester with Blueprint, Igloo's public/private partnership with English Partnerships and the East Midlands Development Agency undertaking sustainable mixed use regeneration in the East Midlands. For Igloo he leads on new development opportunities in the North-East of England. Peter also deals with Blueprints trading portfolio of industrial properties throughout the East Midlands.

Peter is a chartered quantity surveyor with over twenty years experience in the construction and commercial property development sectors. He has built up considerable experience of delivering complex regeneration projects through public:private partnerships within the UK. Prior to joining Igloo Peter worked at Sheffield One (Sheffield's URC) where he had overall responsibility for delivery of the City's seven masterplan projects and led work with the City Council to establish the new city wide regeneration company Creative Sheffield.
