Sylvia Hargreaves

Sylvia Hargreaves is Development Director for Igloo Regeneration, responsible for Igloo's direct developments in Manchester and for projects in Leicester with Blueprint, Igloo's public/private partnership with English Partnerships and the East Midlands Development Agency undertaking sustainable mixed use regeneration in the East Midlands.

Sylvia is a Development Surveyor with twenty years experience of working with both the public and the private sector. She has joined Igloo in 2006 following 14 years as Senior Partner at Hargreaves Cronshaw Urban Regeneration and Development Surveyors.

She has extensive experience of regeneration having worked on the regeneration of Hulme and Moss Side, New East Manchester and Ancoats Urban Village.

Sylvia is a past member of the RICS Regeneration Panel.
